Hide direct replies to blocked users' posts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I keep seeing replies to users I blocked, where the blocked user's message is hidden from view but not replies to their post. Since I went to so far as to block that user (e.g. because they're an insufferable, notorious troll), I don't want to also read replies to them out of context.

Describe the solution you'd like
Not only hide messages by users I blocked, but also hide direct replies to their posts. Maybe in a way to toggle their visibility.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use the web client, which exhibits the desired behavior.
