According to Stm32F07 datasheet and reference manual it supports USB Full-Speed interface. But the pins are swapped:
Silpa schematics:
vs STM datasheet:
And it's not only "labeling" issue - host PC detects Silpa as a low-speed USB device (which means that it finds a pull-up resistor on DM line instead of DP)
