[Documentation] MergeRequest is gitlab lingo

Describe the bug
In the "Before releasing" section of the README, the docu makes a reference to a MergeRequest.
This might be confusing for users that are searching for that on GitHub, since it's the GitLab equivalent of a Pull Request.

Expected behavior
Reference a "Pull Request" instead of a "Merge Request"
