Styles from imported CSS files not being applied

Hello again,

I manually set up reactivated (https://github.com/mmonj/reactivated-skeleton) and inside of client/components/Layout.tsx I tried to import @client/styles/app.css but upon refreshing the page on path /, the CSS styles do not get applied to the page. I tried the same thing using the official nix set up and edited the Layout.tsx to import @client/styles/app.css and it worked out just fine in that scenario. However I figured since manually setting up reactivated with existing projects is also within the scope of this library, I figured it'd be good to bring up this issue.

I've set up the repo with a devcontainer.json config so it can be forked and tested in a codespace at will, if you're willing to check it out. I've set up the project in accordance to what the reactivated docs indicate, so I'm at a loss as to what the issue could be.

Once again I just needed some sleep and the issue is now resolved. I had the following commented out in my Layout.tsx that I have now un-commented: <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href={`${context.STATIC_URL}dist/index.css`} />

I'm very sorry again for the bother, I need to stop doing this :|
