In IE11, in the Archives model admin, the "Select a content type" text and the dropdown field below it are overlapping.

This looks like a flex issue. Setting flex: none; on both the label and form field holder elements resolves it, but I'm not sure where exactly the change should be made to avoid affecting other elements.
