Acceptance Criteria

  • A policy has been drafted
  • CMS Squad have given feedback and the draft has been updated
  • The draft is made available for the community to provide feedback (with a clear deadline for feedback to stop being given)
  • A follow-up card has been created to address feedback, update the draft, and finalise the policy

Related issues

These issues have some context that may be useful while drafting the policy

The proposal (went for a proposal style rather than specifically a draft policy in the end)

Currently only the CMS Squad have access to this - but @silverstripe/core-team please let me know if you want access to it.
