The process for being added to the pre-announcement mailing list could be a bit more clear.

Acceptance criteria

• The process for managing the pre-announcment mailing list is revised and updated.
• There's a record of who got added by whom and what steps were taken to validate access.
• Definition for what "a major website or lot of smaller website" is clarified.
• Generic email address are explicitly excluded.
• The process included periodic reviews of members of the mailing list.
  • Reconfirm list membership every two years.
