Adds motor-pwm based tests which check the dead time using the newly implemented timing pd feature to have configurable end edges. Also adds tests for correct handling of multiple start/end edges.

These tests are based upon the dumps from this sigrok-dumps PR:
sigrokproject/sigrok-dumps#35
