Improve vault parameter overview

Goal

Show correct information on vaults panel

Context

In the vault liquidation flow after entering a specific vault address the user gets an overview on different parameters.
Checking the paramters revealed some errors in how we display this information

• collateralisation ratio is being displayed with wrong decimal point (it's 618%)
• liquidation ratio is being displayed with wrong decimal point (it's 200%)
• Comparing vault debt indicator with this page from blockanalytica there's a dif
• I assume the proximity to liquidation threshold is off as well
