Improve wallet usage for desktop application

Goal

Better wallet handling for desktop application

Context

Currently, we only support WalletConnect when it comes to usage of the desktop application (see: https://github.com/sidestream-tech/unified-auctions-ui#running-locally).

Metamask is still the go-to wallet provider. This is not supported.
Maybe there is just no good way to integrate metamask support in this setting. We should investigate and if prev statement turns out to be true at least improve UX with better information

Tasks

• Investigate possible approach on how to ensure metmask native support for desktop app
  • If outcome is "not possible" -> change UI in a way to make obvious that metmask is not supported natively (e.g. with dedicated error message when metmask is selected)
