most of times there are some functions they will be called by bot for example[A,B,C,...] and sequence of call them is very important even some wastons doesn't know which functions will be called by bot for example in velocimeter contest we have many issue related expired locks while if they knew a bot will call poke function every week that filter expired locks they didn't report this issues, imo if sponsor specifiy those functions will call by bot that decreases number of invalid issues |

Description
Clarify the question about off-chain mechanics
Judging Guidelines PR
https://github.com/sherlock-protocol/sherlock-v2-docs/pull/40/files
Rationale
The goal is to clarify the following question:
It leaves room for saying the bots may delay, they don't guarantee to work every time. It leads to issues that rely on these cases to be validated and rewarded, because with high constraints they result in a loss of funds, even though they can be mitigated by these bots.
Additionally, we need to understand how these bots get information from on-chain, so we can understand if the bug on-chain indeed causes an issue off-chain.
I propose to add the following sentence to the question:
And the following sentence to the description:
Additionally, I believe we can remove the following part of the question cause it doesn't make the question better and only increases its length:
Remove the following sentence from the description cause the protocols rarely share these strategies and for some, it may even be irrelevant. Thus, it also only increases the length and creates friction:
I believe it will limit the subjectivity and uncertainty regarding the off-chain mechanisms.
