What does this project do?

I’ve read the readme twice, and I have yet to find an explanation of what a “Phrase” is. Is it a sentence? So it’s a sentence splitter? But I also find “ranking” mentioned. So is it like a search engine?

So this issue is basically suggesting you add a short part at the beginning of the readme that explains what it does, and how you use that in the real world.
