报一个错ERRO_CONNECTION_REUSED, ubunt18和20都成功安装了，且运行起来， 但是无法访问外网

我在ubuntu18和20都安装了，electron-ssr-0.2.6版本，所有的依赖库都安装好了，运行起来了，出现一个错误ERR_CONNECT_REFUSED，我看以前的issue说是库没有安装，但是我按照他们的方法，所有的库都安装成功了，仍然报错
