Plans for Release 6.0.0

I plan a new major release of the MSSQL sink with the following changes.

• Upgrade to .NET 6 and get rid of soon to be obsolete .NET Core 3.1.
• Remove obsolete Microsoft.Azure.Services.AppAuthentication dependency. This fixes the vulnerability Security vulnerabilities in serilog-sinks-mssql #417. Azure AD authentication can now be done by the SqlClient library using the connection string (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/connect/ado-net/sql/azure-active-directory-authentication?view=sql-server-ver16#using-active-directory-managed-identity-authentication).
• Remove obsolete FxCop dependency and use .NET analyzers instead.
• Update SqlClient, Serilog and other dependencies to new version.
• Optional; Breaking Change: remove obsolete sink config methods which do not use the MSSqlServerSinkOptions class.
• Optional: add an ASP.NET Core WebAPI sample for Azure using Managed Identity including Bicep file and YAML pipeline to deploy infra and app.

I hope this can be done within the next months or weeks depending on my time.

Any contributions and people who are even willing to help with future maintenance are always welcome. :)

6.0.0 is out. Everything mentioned above is included in the release except the two optional points. Let's see if any problems occurr.
