SUGESTÃO:
Quem tiver a versão anterior do Watson Assintant, pode usar o User e Password na API (caso não tenha a chave da API)

Exemplo:
assistant = AssistantV1(
url=WAS_URL,
username=WAS_USER,
password=WAS_PASS,
version='2018-09-20'
)

OUTRO ERRO:
Está com um problema na parte de "Análise de histórico de log". Mas é só arrumar a identação que funciona.
