Hello,

The Serenity Book is referencing at https://github.com/serenity-bdd/the-serenity-book/blob/master/modules/ROOT/pages/first-steps.adoc#a-simple-serenity-test-class to ASimpleTest.java that was deleted in serenity-bdd/serenity-junit-starter@456ef39.

Please make the necessary changes so that the first steps are applicable.
