It was disappointing to find GitHub 'issues' are disabled for the actual SendGrid API projects.
I have found for other commercial projects which enable them, that they tend to be a great knowledge base of common problems and a place for developers to actually make suggestions which are looked at (have you ever tried emailing support@ any company with a technical suggestion - you just get a boilerplate response and it almost certainly gets filed in the bin!).
I appreciate they likely lead to some reasonable admin having to filter out support requests from real issues but the idea that everyone is going to create a pull request to make a feature suggestion or bug request is unreasonable.
