Fixes #3

Added an HTML page in the version directory that links to the different content and lets the user view the diagrams.

Added link to README to the website version HTML page(s).

This is bare minimum... no styling.

I've pulled this branch onto the server in order to test that it is working well. You can see it at: https;//gist-docs.semanticarts.com/

In order to automate deployment of changes, I'd like the content here to be a complete website. Meaning that the top level index.html page should link to all versions of the documentation.
