Setting generic destination

Is it possible to set a world as a destination (in general) instead of a specific coordinate location? Like I want the portal to take players do different worlds, but not some specific location, just where they last were (for a survival server for example).

Sadly not, if you were to just do a world transfer it would be the same coordinates in the other world and possibly in the ground.

Unless the world plugin or another plugin you have stores specific location in the other world e.g. the last location then you can use a command portal rather than a specific location.
