Happens when mouse buttons "back" or "forward" are pressed while mouse is above slider.
I can provide fiddle and more information if needed.

Always provide a fiddle and more information, because this seems fairly hardware-dependent and hard to reproduce otherwise.

Thanks for a suggestion! Please see for example this fiddle:

I use A4Tech mouse, which has default settings with Back and Forward actions assigned to appropriate buttons:

Interesting thing is that bootstrap-slider reacts to Forward button. Currently it does not react to Back button.
