Kinova description - ros2_control tag missing for gz (harmonic)

In the ros2_kortex -> description packages, there is a missing plugins for ros2_control macro. The ros2_control macro is included by default and cannot be configured from outside. As a result, a fork has been created temporarily till the issue is fixed in the main repo (PR). Once it is merged, the repo will be pointed to the head instead of a fork.
