Move all `Report` Message calculations to the `messages.py` file. #1

All user messages should live in the messages.py file for consistency to avoid this logic:

 savings_text = (
                        "\t🥂 Savings"
                        if organization.language == Language.en
                        else "\t🥂 Ahorros"
                    )

Language translations should be handled exclusively in the messages.py file.
