Add all day tasks

User Story:

As a user, I want to be able to add full-day tasks and have them show separately so that the scheduler is more organised.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. User can add full-day tasks
2. Full-day tasks shown different to other tasks in scheduler

Why is the feature required?

Sometimes a user will have a continuous or large task that they need to work on in between other smaller ones. Having these show for the user would make it easier for them to organise and schedule tasks.

Describe the solution you'd like

Option to set a task as full-day when making one and have those show up in a separate header row.
