Schedule a task without the automatic scheduler

User Story:

As a user, I want to be able to add a task without the help of an automatic scheduler so that I get the freedom to add tasks at times I specify.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. User can select an option in the add task form to disable the automatic scheduler
2. The form prompts the user to add slightly different parameters.

Why is the feature required?

Sometimes a user would like the option to not use the smart scheduler as it conflicts with how the user wants to use their time.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option in the add task form to not rely on the smart scheduler and insert slightly different parameters
