Allow choosing phone app

I use opencontacts (which is a privacy conscious contacts app with non-default contacts storage), and koler as a dialer (phone app).
Phone icon opens koler, however there are no contacts in there. I prefer to use opencontacts to call / message, as default phone and sms apps can't access my contacts.

I would like to have choice regarding which app is opened when clicking phone icon.

Hi @Docbroke I use OpenContacts as well and one of the developers for it. Glad to see you're using it as well.

I have a similar request and thinking to implement this functionality on my own. Are you still waiting for such a feature so that we can have more people to test it.

Hi, I am glad to meet opencontacts user/dev.
I am no longer using slim-launcher, as I have moved to KISS launcher. I have also changed my phone to cat s22 flip, where I am able to assign keypad shortcuts, so that opencontacts opens on pressing call button.
