Desktop Name Popup not working

I can get it to show up only once - so i think the settings are right - and only after reloading the settings twice in a row.

My hope was that it would show up every time to shortcut to a desktop - e.g., Win-Shift 4, or Win-Shift right.

Here are my settings:

I'm using Win 10 Evaluation Copy Build 17692, so that may be an issue. There are lots of desktop-related issues coming up in this build.

It seems to be working fine on the latest stable build (1803 - 17834.165).
I can't support insider builds since the API that this app relies on would need to be updated if the Windows virtual desktops API changes, which it seems it has.
I'll update the documentation to reflect this.
