Smart Meter Data Collector v0.3.0

Initial release of the smartmeter-datacollector tool which supports

• reading measurement data from L+G E450 smart meters over an MBus-to-USB adapter
• logging the received measurement data to console / stdout
• sending the received measurement data over MQTT to a configurable broker

ATTENTION: smartmeter-datacollector is still in beta phase!
