location.origin.replace fails on iOS

Hi Scott,

In
ww_client_socket.js
I had to replace 'var host = location.origin.replace(/^http/, 'ws');'
with 'var host = (location.protocol + "//" + location.host).replace(/^http/, 'ws');'

On iOS there is no 'location.origin' defined and my iPad threw an error because of that.

After this change IOS seems to work properly but no audio is heard.
