escooter no longer connects

hey,
i've been having this problem for 2 weeks now that my app doesn't want to connect to my scooter anymore, does anyone have a solution idea? Even when I reconnect it doesn't find the device anymore.

Hi, I am having the exact same issue, maybe NIU did something against it?
The big problem is, that the last time I used my Scooter (KQi3 Pro), I've locked it and now I cannot unlock it because the App crashes whenever it tries to connect via bluetooth.
So I can start the App no problem, but as soon as the bluetooth logo loads, it just freezes and crashes the App. I installed the US firmware, living in germany. Worked like a charm until last tuesday.

BTW, I tried to connect mine on tuesday and it worked. I was able to unlock it and finally ride it home :D
I did not try again yet, don't know if the problem still persists
