新建 Gitee 账户配置后无法同步，提示 403 Forbidden #79

如题，手动同步的，日志如下：

手动点击推送到Gitee的gist
开始推送到Gitee的gist的任务
开始检查Gitee token有没有保存
Gitee token有保存
开始检查gistId有没有保存
gistId有保存
已经创建了gist，直接开始更新
更新失败-->{"message":"403 Forbidden"}
2秒等待
推送到Gitee的gist的任务结束
