Stay under the 60 MB PyPI package size limit by removing the 3 largest files that aren't used by Uproot (yet).

This should bring us from 71 MB down to 49 MB, but it's not a permanent solution.

The three files being removed are:

• uproot-issue498.root (from Reading Allpix² data uproot3#498); haven't looked at it yet (in Uproot4), but will as soon as I try to solve the issue described there.
• uproot-issue465-nested.root (from Dimensional issue of subclassed object in nested branches uproot3#465); actually used in an Uproot3 bug-fix but not included in Uproot's unit tests because of the file size—this is an example of how file sizes are limiting test coverage.
• uproot-issue475b.root (from IndexError while reading a vector of custom class objects from tree uproot3#475); similar to the first one. I gave up on it in Uproot3, but might have more luck with it in Uproot4.

These files are in the git history, so they're recoverable, but it would be better to find a permanent solution to our file size issues.

It's actually 43.2 MB because of compression.
