Related EPIC Ticket Ref: #70

we need to backup and then restore the pvc. from r2-pals to r2-besties.

this will occur in aws

  • find pvc
  • ??? need to figure out the other steps and capture here

Acceptance criteria:

  • backup/restore PersistentVolumeClaim: production-arce-rails-env-shared
