When a user searches inside a work, report the search phrase to Google Analytics

Today (Sept. 3rd 2023) we decided to postpone reporting the search phrase to GA (this feature is in PR #2715, which is closed for now) until we have a chance to make sure the resulting report actually works for Clare, Gabriela and Jahna.

Ref #2715 contains most of what we will need on the digital collections side. This ticket covers the remaining work, which will require collaborating closely with Clare and/or Gabriela: sending test metadata over to GA and ensuring that the metadata actually shows up in a form that our stakeholders can use, and they know how to use it.
