Cleanup old files

After we fix #10 and #9, I think we can remove all the python files that aren't swiftbulkuploader.py, unless @Petahhh would like to keep them around. Maybe as a separate command?

No we would delete them. If I ever needed them I can go back through the history. Thanks for the consideration though!

I'd only consider removing them once we got the new tool working well in your context (lots and lots of files).
