Implement Deal Client Contract (DCC) for deal making through FVM smart contracts with following features.

Implement DCC with Hardhat along with deploy scripts and tasks to make deal.
Implement DCC with Foundry for intricate testing and foundry devs.
Testing complete Deal making workflow in calibration.
Proper ABI/artifact generation to be used in frontend.
