• Start on Implement Capistrano Deployment Script Implement Capistrano Deployment Script #352

Obstacles that are impeding my progress:

• Was still sick this week so I didn't have much time to work on CaaC :(
• Puma is not sourcing environment variables correctly. Going to look more into this today and maybe open up a StackOverflow question for it.

@whit537, @MatthewVita was trying to put together a vote on #205 (comment). Admittedly, I've started on this already because I couldn't find anything else to work on. I wasn't going to charge the hours if we decided not to angularize.

I've got the Heroku PR (#358) ready for review. I made some PRs in other projects along the way. I pruned some dead ends (#351, #360, also #337) and started a PR for continuous integration (#361). I'm planning to work again on Friday, though it looks like I won't make it into the office after all, @timothyfcook (I have a meeting out here in Ambridge).
