Changes to redirects when deleting

Descriptive summary

A couple of changes should be made to after_destroy_response in CurationConcerns::CurationConcernController. The flash method should be i18n and we ought to redirect to the user's own works listing instead of the catalog path. The reason being that the user is often deleting from their works listing and should return them to that page.
