Fixed welcome message problem when deactivated

Fixed welcome message problem when deactivated, right now every time there is a restart, the widget ask for welcome message, if the connection has the welcome message deactivated, the response has an ignore key

Support for video and audio, also, full compatibility with Articulate

We were having issues with the display of rich responses. This is fixed.

Also we included audio and video messages.

Added welcome message functionality

Every time a new session is created, if the connection has the option enabled, the agent's welcome action will be executed

Improved CSS to be compatible with host platform

Removed the body rule in the CSS to use the .container class and avoid CSS overwriting in the host app
