Mysql, Galera formulas support version by an attribute

Both formulas needs an redo to properly support versioning.
Multiple repos (Mirantis, Public mysql) must be supported at the same time.

(There is already an open work to narrow that, next week I will share the rebased PR with the approach that will support 5.6, 5.7, etc.. )
