[BUG] Upgrading from 1.0 -> 1.3 OAuth 2.0 procedure documentation lacking..

The documentation around switching to the new requirement of OAuth 2.0 is virtually non existent.

When trying to access the api we're now seeing permissions failure but when reading through the documentation it doesn't specify where/how to get an authorizationCode for app.config or whether this is even required, it doesn't specify the implications of setting up web or public vs server.

Can the documentation please be updated as even things like scope isn't clearly documented.

Is there a decent login example on scope, accountId with screenshots on sourcing things as the UX inside marketing cloud is not overly intuitive
