[Crash] Client Crash when Entering Lava with Tweekeroo and Masa-Gadget Mods #78

Mod Name and Versions

  • Fabric API: 0.110.0+1.21.1
  • MagicLib: v0.8.633mc1.21.1-fabric
  • MaliLib: 0.21.4
  • Masa-Gadget: mc-1.21.1-fabric-v4.0.373
  • Tweekeroo: 0.21.54

Minecraft Version

  • 1.21.1

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable the tweakLavaVisibility option in Tweekeroo settings.
  2. Enter the game and attempt to enter lava.

Actual Result

The client crashes when the player attempts to enter lava while both Tweekeroo and Masa-Gadget mods are installed and the tweakLavaVisibility option is enabled.

Additional Note

The crash does not occur if Masa-Gadget is not installed, indicating a possible interaction between Masa-Gadget and Tweekeroo when the tweakLavaVisibility option is active.

Environment Information

  • Operating System: Archlinux
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x

Chances are it is a problem with MasaGadget's implementation of some kind of Lava Visibility changes. There were Vanilla changes in both 1.20.6 and 1.21 that effected this tweak.

The tweak in Tweakeroo alone works as expected.
