Map Zoom Issue on Mobile: Particles Displayed as Dots Only #250

When zooming in on the map in a mobile environment, only dots are displayed instead of the full visualization.

I'm not sure if it's intended, but when pixels blink, it creates an appearance of flow.
This may be related to the unique logical pixels on mobile devices.

Tested on Samsung Browser with the device model being the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

This is a compatibility issue, likely related to the GLSL precision of the device.
