I built a competing risk analysis model using the fitSmoothHazard function, I wrote the following code plot time-varying hazard ratio, but there is an error in the code. I analyze the reason because the sample code of plot hazard ratio given in your document is not suitable for survival analysis considering competing risks. How to debug the code to plot time -varying hazard ratio for competing risk analysis? #

Thanks for the report. The hazard ratio plots were developed with the single-event case in mind, not competing risks. At the moment, we don't really have a timeline for extending these graphs to competing-risk analysis.

All this said, we should definitely have a better error message and better documentation around this.

Thank you so much for your patient reply and valuable suggestions for my question. My current choice is to visualize the time-dependent hazard ratio without considering competitive risk
