The SAGA-C++ implementation consists of three different parts: saga-core (containing the API header files and libraries), saga-bindings-python (Python API modules) and saga-adaptors-* (adding support for different middleware systems). These pages of the saga-core module's project are the entry point for the SAGA-C++ ecosystem
For installation instructions check out the installation guide.
Here are the download links to the latest source releases of all stable SAGA components.

If you want to use SAGA on TeraGrid/XSEDE and/or FutureGrid production cyber-infrastructure, consider yourself lucky: you don't have to install SAGA yourself in user-space. On most XSEDE and FutureGrid machines, SAGA is already installed and you just have to load it into your environment. How this works in detail is described in the SAGA on Production-Cyber-Infrastructure documentation.
Please note that installing SAGA system-wide is a substantial deployment effort. This means that there's usually a delay between a SAGA source release and it's availability in system-space on XSEDE and FutureGrid. SAGA on EGI
We're in the process of providing the European Grid Initiative (EGI) with a set of source and binary releases for the next iteration of their Unified Middleware Distribution (UMD), as it is outlined in this Memorandum of Understanding: http://www.egi.eu/collaboration/SAGA.html.
This collaboration project is still very much work in progress, but we expect the first SAGA-EGI release by the end of 2011. It will be announced on this website as well as on the EGI/UMD websites. More information can be found on the SAGA on European Grid Infrastructure pages.
