• finish removing POOLS_MAP and TOKENS_MAP from everywhere #1154
• Nikita has already written a function to fetch token prices by address instead of geckoid, so switch to using that
• Duy has already written a getter for fetching BasicPools from the Registry, so switch to using that
• Remove old routes based on explicit pool names, replace with generic routes
• delete all pools and tokens in our constants file!
• turn on permissionless pools babay 😎
