Streaming on credit

I wonder whether it would be possible to enable streaming on credit? Could banks be created on top of SabVM?

This is definitely something that shouldn't be enabled at the protocol level. But dapps could experiment with negative balances, or at least virtual token balances that do not maintain 1:1 solvency WRT the underlying.

Obviously: KYC would be required for this to make sense, or at least some sort of credit delegation.
