Image changes not reflecting after edit and save

After editing the item properties like modifying and saving it , the images on the item dont get updated. The item is updated on the media library.

Is it possible to refresh the image on the item as well ? Looking for pointers on which processor or command is called to display the images inside the Advance Image module
