Summary

Add a CITATION.cff file at some point

Detail

CITATION.cff is becoming a "standard" way to provide citation information in a repository

We should add one to this repo as soon as we have something that can be cited.

In terms of citation, I'd be inclined to have the spec citable itself (though I think the CFF format might also allow referencing the report as a related doc). Do I remember rightly that we've already linked the spec itself to a Zenodo entry?

Apparently Zenodo will pick up the metadata from this through the GitHub integration.

In terms of linking to the SATRE DARE report we can have multiple identifiers and also "related resources" (see CFF builder site - https://citation-file-format.github.io/cff-initializer-javascript/#/start)
