Other details:

The issue is caused by the rule blocking .modal on cinkciarz.pl, which is present in Fanboy’s Annoyance list. .modal-backdrop is also blocked, but this doesn't break website functionality, only disables background darkening below a modal.
Btw, the same rule is also present in EasyList Cookie list.
