For Firefox I found:

Chromium in the past has: chrome://flags/#automatic-tab-discarding so for now needed manually check on chrome://discards if still exists.

Thanks, but I have seen those. I am pretty sure it is caused by one of the javascripts, so can be blocked by filters. Unfortunately I was not able to find out which one.
